Liz Sarantopoulos, MSW, LICSW
Boston, MetroWest & Worcester area
I have been a social worker since 2004. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Social and Rehabilitation Services from Assumption College in 2003, and my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Salem State College in 2009. I have also undergone advanced training in adoption and maternal mental health. My professional history includes work with children and families, adoption, and pediatric medical social work.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW #116728) in Massachusetts and a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). I use a strength-based approach. I also incorporate narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and coaching in my practice. I believe in getting to know my clients in a meaningful way so that I can provide compassionate and individualized care.
As a naturally curious person and a skilled listener, our time together will be patient focused. My goal is to guide you to reflective thinking, processing, and positive action towards self-care.
