I have had the honor of working in social work since my teenage years as a volunteer at a local hospital. In 2005, I received my MSW in 2005 from California State University-Long Beach and previously, my bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. For the past 5 years, I have focused on providing mental health services to adults while working at a community mental health center and in private practice. I enjoy working with adults of all ages and also focus on pregnancy/postpartum mental health and have completed a maternal mental health certificate training course through 2020MOM and Postpartum Support International (PSI).
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts, a member of the National Association of Social Workers and PSI. I embrace a compassionate, strengths-based approach and use evidence-based practices to collaborate with you on your therapeutic journey. My goal is to establish a safe, non-judgmental space as you explore your innate ability to heal yourself and attain a higher level of self-fulfillment and joy.
