Provider Bio
The journey to becoming a mother is often described as a time of uncertainty. Many mothers find themselves feeling emotionally unprepared and anxious. My practice supports women through pregnancy, postpartum and the years beyond. While my practice specializes in supporting pregnant and postpartum women, I also offer individual counseling to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and many other areas of need.
My therapeutic approach is always strength-based and solution-focused. I incorporate aspects of interpersonal therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and coaching into my work with clients. My goal is to help guide you toward reflective thinking, processing, and positive action towards self-care.
Reaching out and asking for help can be difficult. Don’t struggle alone, especially if you are a new mom (or dad). Together, we will create the safety and security you need to develop new skills, so that you can achieve balance and overall wellness in your everyday life.
